Update on self-policing of lawyers
is a follow-up to
post. This entire debacle presents a further argument that
attorney advertising on social media requires further regulation
. However, based upon the blogger response, a lawyer blogger might argue that attorney regulation is not necessary due to the sort of ‘self-policing’ that takes place amongst the lawyer community.
